San Pedro Today features our popular local events calendar in our print magazine and website. To purchase an event listing ($25 per event), please complete the form below and ensure that you include all necessary details.

What to Include in the Form:

Please make sure to include the following information:

  • Event Name – Clear and descriptive titles are best.
  • Date and Time – Include the full date, start time, and end time (if applicable).
  • Location – Provide the venue name and full address, including ZIP code.
  • Event Description – Tell us what your event is about in 50 words or less. Include who it’s for and what attendees can expect.
  • Admission/Ticket Information – Is the event free or ticketed? Please include prices, RSVP requirements, and/or links to purchase tickets.
  • Contact Information – Include an email address and/or phone number in case we need to follow up. Website or social media links are also welcome.
  • Event Image (Optional but Encouraged) – Upload a high-resolution JPG or PNG (300 dpi preferred) to help your event stand out in print and online.

Deadline for Submissions:

To be included in the print edition of San Pedro Today, event submissions must be received by the 15th of the month prior to publication.

For example:

  • To appear in the June issue, submit your event by May 15.
  • For the July issue, the deadline is June 15.

Submissions received after the 15th may still be considered for our website event listings, but are not guaranteed placement in print.

  • All submissions are subject to editing for clarity, length, and style.
  • Priority is given to events happening in or around San Pedro.
