  1. Eligibility: This Contest is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Empire22 Media LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  2. Contest Period: The Contest begins on [Start Date] and ends on [End Date] at [Time], after which no further entries will be accepted.
  3. How to Enter: Participants must complete the quiz and submit their name and email address via the entry form. Each participant is allowed only one entry. Multiple entries from the same person will result in disqualification. No purchase necessary to enter or win.
  4. Entry Limitations: Limit one (1) entry per person. Participants attempting to submit multiple entries will be disqualified. This includes entries submitted with multiple email addresses, identities, or through the use of any other device or artifice to enter multiple times.
  5. Selection of Winner: One winner will be selected each month at random from all eligible and non-duplicate entries received. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

  9. Consent: By entering this Contest, you agree to receive email communications from Empire22 Media LLC, from which you may opt-out at any time.
  10. Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Empire22 Media LLC and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest.
