Tai Chi for Beginners

Join The Sierra Holistic Collective and learn the beautiful ancient practice ofTai Chi. The graceful meditative movements help maintain physical health, well-being and spiritual essence. Beginners welcome. Classes are free, but donations are appreciated. Class is located at the cross streets of Paseo Del Mar and South Cabrillo Ave. In event of rain, class will be cancelled.
